If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on your selected shipping method and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays and External Factors

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Contact the courier directly using the tracking information

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
